I’m Carissa Sharp, and welcome to Sharp Sprouts Tutoring. Once a child and adolescent mental health therapist now turned teacher and private tutor, I have always had a love for children and a passion for learning. My goal is to help your child 'sprout' and succeed in their academic journey by assessing where they are and developing a unique, personalized learning plan that will help them develop stronger critical thinking skills and learning strategies that will lead to better academic outcomes and positive social-emotional growth. With my combined 11 years of experience in therapy and education, I understand the unique needs of the WHOLE child and strive to create a positive, supportive, challenging, and encouraging environment for them to thrive. I am dedicated to helping your sweet kiddo reach their full potential and hopefully develop their lifelong spark for curiosity and love for learning. As your tutor, I am committed to providing personalized attention and guidance to help your child excel.
